Writing Style
The style in which a book is written can have a significant impact on how much you engage with it.
Not every book will be to everyone’s taste. Often this is nothing to do with the book being good or bad, but rather that it’s style of writing is not to your preference. So, beyond genre or length or other ways of categorising books, I think it’s useful to consider the difference writing styles of books, so you know what to expect before you begin.
